(1) Acceptance of Conditions
Placing an order with us constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect at the time you first access the site or contact us by phone. If you do not accept these terms, please do not place an order online or over the phone. All orders are subject to these conditions.

(2) Cancellation
Once your order has been placed, preparation begins immediately. If you wish to cancel, please call within 5 minutes of placing the order to receive a full refund. Cancellations must be made by phone, not email. As orders are perishable, a cooling-off period does not apply under the Distance Selling Regulations.

(3) Allergies
We cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are free from nuts, nut derivatives, or other allergens. As our food is prepared fresh in our kitchen, cross-contamination may occur. Please inform us of any allergies before placing your order.

(4) Delivery Times
We aim to deliver within 45–60 minutes. During peak hours, deliveries may take longer. We will do our best to keep you informed of delays, but in some cases circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

(5) Minimum Order & Delivery Charges
A minimum order value may apply. If delivery charges are applicable, you will be notified at the time of ordering.

(6) Address Details
You agree to provide a valid postcode, full address, and contact number with your order. Failure to provide correct details may result in delays or non-delivery. Payment cannot be withheld due to errors in the address provided by you.

(7) Order Confirmation
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to establish contact with you after it has been placed. For unusually large orders, a deposit may be required. The total price will always be confirmed before completion of the order.

(8) Delivery Area
If you are outside our normal delivery area, delivery times may be longer or unavailable. Please call us to confirm availability and estimated times.

(9) Food Photos
Food images shown online are for illustration purposes only and may not exactly represent the dishes delivered. Serving suggestions and presentation may differ.

(10) Food Descriptions & Ingredients
Descriptions are provided to represent the dish as accurately as possible. Where ingredients are unavailable, suitable substitutions may be made (e.g., red pepper substituted for green). If you have concerns about ingredients, please contact us before ordering. Terms such as “home-made” mean prepared from scratch in our kitchen, and “fresh” means not frozen or tinned.

(11) Portion Sizes
Standard takeaway containers are generally used, but portion sizes remain consistent even if packaging differs. Some dishes may settle during delivery.

(12) Contract
By placing an order, you are entering into a contract for the preparation and delivery (or collection) of your food.

(13) Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to profit, revenue, or goodwill) arising from the use of this site or our services.

(14) Complaints & Requests
We aim to resolve all complaints promptly. Please direct any complaints or requests using the contact details provided on this website.

(15) Website Use
We make every effort to ensure our website runs smoothly and securely. However, we cannot guarantee that it will always be free from technical issues, interruptions, or minor errors, and we cannot guarantee compatibility with every browser or device.
